1st Outlook Beavers March 2005
We would like to have a Beaver overnight camp this year. Please let Rainbow or Sunshine know what dates would be best for you. We were thinking of meeting on a Saturday about 1:00, and having the Beavers ready to go home before or after lunch on Sunday. Your comments and suggestions are welcome. The Beavers Winter Outdoor Challenge is
due after March 15, 2005. You can bring the completed forms to a meeting and we will send them in for you. Parents are welcome to stay for the meetings and join the fun and games. Please feel free to suggest ideas for outings, games, songs, or crafts. We will be planning some outings for the spring – some will be on a Monday evening and some may be on a Saturday or Sunday. Upcoming Events: March 12, 2005 - Ice Fishing
Weather permitting, the Scouts have planned an ice fishing trip with the other Scout Sections on Saturday, March 12 at 1:00 p.m. Please let Rainbow know if you are going to go ice fishing, and to obtain more details. March 13, 2005 - Kub Kar Rally
Our local KubKar Rally will take place on Sunday, March 13 at 1:00 p.m. at the OutlookElementary School gym. Parents and family are invited to attend.
March 19, 2005 - Ski Trip
The Scouts have planned a ski trip to TableMountain, weather permitting. The cost of the package, which includes equipment rental and lift tickets, is $26.00 for youth aged 7-15 and $31.00 for anyone 16 and older. We plan on leaving from Outlook around 7:30 am to get in a full day of
